Pneumatic, Psychic, Sarkic.
So, for some time I’ve had a link on the right, over there on the sidebar, but didn’t mention anything because I had vague notions of signing up with one of those independent internet labels or something. I didn’t; I never got around to doing anything, commercial-wise, and I don’t expect I will. So to any of you who didn’t know, I will announce that the entirety of my first record, Pneumatic, Psychic, Sarkic, is available for download in high quality mp3 form. Recent Developments.
It would appear that in recent months I have to some degree neglected this publication. So, where am I now? What have I been doing?
I’m back from Portland; I’ve been back all summer, in fact. I’ve been up at Bard, of all places. I can’t say I ever expected to find myself on Bard campus again, but I was kindly asked to work at the Performing Arts Center again this summer, so for the last two months I’ve been computer guy-ing it in Annandale. The unreasonable climate of my room at Manor, the work I was doing, and the presence of many good friends on campus all conspired to keep me away from the computer and to keep my writing at a minimum.
But! I’m back now. Back in Hastings, and the summer is almost over—time to once again start asking around for jobs and even perhaps take a couple courses at some local house of learning. And hopefully also time to do a little more writing than has been done of late. So spread the word; I’m once again available, for cocktails, coffee, or employment.
